The production and logistics areas are closely related to each other at RAICO. We align ourselves completely with the needs of our customers, both in the production of springs as well as in packaging and delivery. Our springs are produced according to individual customer drawings, either as prototypes under serial conditions or as series springs in high numbers. Consistent process monitoring with 100% diameter and length measurements on coiling machines and 100% strength testing as well as 100% visual inspections guarantee smooth production processes.
